Inspiring the Next Generation of Innovators

Empowering girls and communities to see STEM as a space where they belong, lead and thrive.

I regularly speak with students especially girls in grades K–12 meeting them where they are and helping them see what’s possible in STEM. From reviewing senior capstone projects and serving as a judge at science fairs to participating in classroom conversations and school-wide assemblies, I enjoy engaging students in meaningful, real-world discussions about science, technology, and innovation.

Drawing on more than 20 years of experience in technology and military service, I share practical insight into what it truly means to enter, navigate, and sustain a career in the tech industry. I speak openly about my own STEM journey, the challenges I’ve faced as a woman in male-dominated spaces, and the skills technical and personal needed to grow, adapt, and thrive in an ever-changing field.

As a lifelong learner and STEM education advocate, I encourage students to stay curious, embrace continuous learning, and confidently pursue their interests in technology. My talks are designed to inspire honesty, resilience, and self-belief empowering young people, especially girls, to see themselves as future leaders, innovators, and change-makers in STEM.
